Apogee Private Office was created to serve leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals and families who manage demanding lives and need more than a basic assistant or an occasional concierge.
Why we exist
A private office is a relationship, not a service desk.
Most people who reach us are not short of help in the abstract. They have tried a task app, an assistant stretched across too many priorities, or a concierge line that treats every request as a transaction. What is missing is continuity — someone who already knows the answer to the question before it is asked.
Apogee Private Office is deliberately built around that continuity. A small number of members, each genuinely known, supported by a network of providers we have worked with long enough to vouch for.
We are based in Orlando, Florida, and our relationships here are the reason a request in Central Florida moves quickly. Members are served nationwide and internationally on the same terms — beyond this region we work through partners we have vetted in the destination, rather than claiming an office we do not keep.

Orlando is where we live and where our relationships began. Those same standards travel — nationwide and internationally — because we extend them to the providers we choose, not because we opened an office in every city.

Apogee Private Office is headquartered in Orlando and serves members throughout Central Florida — Winter Park, Lake Mary, Windermere, Dr. Phillips, Celebration and the surrounding communities. Membership is not bound to that map. Requests across the United States and internationally are coordinated by the same point of contact, through vetted providers in the destination.
Apogee Private Office is a private concierge and lifestyle management company. It is not a travel agency, staffing agency, security firm, medical provider or licensed transportation operator, and does not hold itself out as the largest or most established concierge service in its market.

Select Apogee Circle members may receive preferred access to Apogee Private Office. However, membership in either organization does not automatically guarantee acceptance into the other.
