Membership covers the coordination, planning and management of your requests. Third-party goods, travel, reservations, tickets, services, and vendor costs are billed separately unless a specific inclusion is stated in writing in your membership agreement.

Questions worth answering plainly

What does the monthly membership actually cover?
The coordination itself — your concierge’s time, sourcing, vetting, scheduling, negotiating and following through until a request is closed. The goods and services themselves are billed separately.
How are third-party costs handled?
We confirm an estimate with you before committing. Vendor invoices, travel, tickets, reservations and deposits are either billed to you directly by the provider or passed through with documentation.
Can I change levels later?
Yes. Members frequently begin at Private Access and move up when a busier season makes the case for it. Adjustments take effect at the next billing period.
Is there a request limit?
There is no fixed count. Levels differ in priority, hours of coverage and the depth of proactive planning rather than in a number of tickets. Where volume consistently exceeds a level, we will recommend the level that fits.
Do you work outside Orlando?
Yes. Apogee Private Office is based in Orlando and rooted in Central Florida, and serves members nationwide and internationally. Wherever a request lands, your concierge stays the same and the work is carried out through vetted providers licensed in that destination.
How does the application work?
You submit a request for access, we review it individually, and if there is a fit we arrange a private consultation. Membership is subject to availability, fit, and service capacity.

Pricing and additional charges

Membership covers the coordination, planning and management of your requests. Third-party goods, travel, reservations, tickets, services, and vendor costs are billed separately unless a specific inclusion is stated in writing in your membership agreement.

Apogee Private Office may coordinate services through independent third-party providers. Service availability, pricing, licensing, insurance, and fulfillment remain subject to the individual provider’s terms and availability.

Published rates are starting points and may vary with scope, household size, travel volume and service hours. Final pricing is confirmed in writing in your membership agreement. Rates are subject to change; existing members are notified in advance of any adjustment.
