Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any membership or coordination services provided by Apogee Private Office. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to them. Membership itself is governed by the individual written membership agreement you receive if access is offered; where that agreement and these terms conflict, the membership agreement controls.

Apogee Private Office is a private concierge and lifestyle management company. Our service is the coordination, sourcing, scheduling and management of requests on behalf of members. In most cases the underlying goods and services are supplied by independent third parties.

Apogee Private Office may coordinate services through independent third-party providers. Service availability, pricing, licensing, insurance, and fulfillment remain subject to the individual provider’s terms and availability.

Membership is by application and is subject to availability, fit, and service capacity. Submitting an application does not create a membership, and we may decline or discontinue an application or membership at our discretion. Membership is personal to the member and their household as described in the membership agreement, and may not be transferred or resold.

Membership fees cover coordination and management of your requests. Published rates are starting points and may vary with scope; final pricing is confirmed in writing.

Third-party goods, travel, reservations, tickets, services, deposits, gratuities and vendor costs are billed separately unless a specific inclusion is stated in writing in your membership agreement. Where we advance funds or pay a provider on your behalf, you agree to reimburse those amounts. Rates and fees are subject to change with advance notice.

Providers introduced or engaged through Apogee Private Office are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, personnel, equipment, conduct and performance. We select providers carefully, but we do not employ or supervise them and do not warrant their work.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apogee Private Office is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, damage, injury or loss caused by a third-party provider, or for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, strikes, closures and provider unavailability. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the membership fees you paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing we provide constitutes legal, financial, tax, medical, security or investment advice. Referrals to attorneys, advisors, clinicians, wellness practitioners or security professionals are introductions only; you engage those professionals directly and rely on their own advice and terms.

We treat member information as confidential and expect the same discretion in return regarding our providers, pricing arrangements and internal processes.

Either party may end a membership in accordance with the notice terms in the membership agreement. Cancellation of a specific booking is governed by the relevant provider’s policy, and provider cancellation fees or non-refundable deposits remain your responsibility. Membership fees already earned are non-refundable except where required by law.

The content, marks and design of this site belong to Apogee Private Office and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site or access it other than as intended.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
