Privacy Policy

Discretion is the standard, not an upgrade. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how far it travels.

Our approach to your information

Apogee Private Office exists because members trust us with details they share with very few people: travel plans, home addresses, family arrangements, professional obligations and personal preferences. We collect the minimum needed to serve a request, share only what a provider must know, and retain records no longer than necessary.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Contact details you submit through an access request or partner application, including name, email address, phone number and location
  • Membership information such as preferred service level, service interests and anticipated usage
  • Request details you provide in the course of service — itineraries, addresses, reservations, household and family logistics, and preferences
  • Billing and payment information, processed by a third-party payment processor rather than stored by us
  • Basic technical information collected by our hosting provider, such as request logs used to keep the site secure and available

How we use it

  • To review applications and assess fit, availability and service capacity
  • To coordinate and fulfil member requests through providers
  • To communicate with you about your requests, membership and account
  • To maintain records of what was requested, agreed and completed
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not sell member information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Sharing with providers

Completing a request usually requires engaging an independent provider — a driver, restaurant, chef, caregiver, contractor, security professional or similar. We disclose only the information that provider needs to perform the task, and we ask providers to treat member details as confidential. Providers are separate businesses and handle information under their own policies.

We may also share information with service vendors who support our own operations, such as our website host, communications tools and payment processor, and where required by law or valid legal process.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect member records, limit internal access to those who need it, and review our practices as the service grows. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy legal, tax and accounting requirements, then deleted or de-identified.

Your choices

  • You may request a copy of the information we hold about you
  • You may ask us to correct inaccurate details
  • You may ask us to delete information we are not required to retain
  • You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Children

Our services are offered to adults. Where a member shares information about their children in order to coordinate family support, that information is handled with the same confidentiality as all member records and is shared with a provider only to the extent required to deliver the requested care or activity.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service develops. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date, and members will be notified where the change affects how their information is used.
