Apogee Private Office may coordinate services through independent third-party providers. Service availability, pricing, licensing, insurance, and fulfillment remain subject to the individual provider’s terms and availability. Unless expressly stated, Apogee Private Office does not directly provide the underlying service and does not hold itself out as licensed to do so.

Ground transportation, chauffeur services, airport transfers, luxury and exotic vehicle rentals, group transportation, private aviation and charter vessel arrangements are provided by independent, appropriately licensed and insured operators. Apogee Private Office does not own or operate aircraft, vessels or vehicles, does not employ drivers or crew, and is not a licensed motor carrier, air carrier, charter broker of record or travel operator. Operator terms, safety standards, insurance and cancellation policies apply.

All security services are provided through appropriately licensed and insured third-party professionals. This includes executive protection, event security, secure transportation and residential security consultations. Apogee Private Office does not provide security, investigative or protective services, does not employ security personnel, and makes no guarantee regarding personal safety or the prevention of loss. Engagements are contracted between the member and the licensed provider.

Babysitters, nannies, tutors and elder care providers are independent third parties. Where screening is described, it reflects the checks performed by the provider or agency at the time of engagement. Families make the final selection, retain the provider directly, and are responsible for supervision decisions. Apogee Private Office does not employ caregivers, does not supervise care, and makes no warranty regarding any caregiver’s conduct.

Spa, wellness, fitness, recovery and practitioner bookings are referrals only. Nothing arranged or suggested by Apogee Private Office constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and no referral should be relied on in place of care from a qualified clinician. In an emergency, contact emergency services.

Flights, hotels, tours and other travel arrangements are subject to the terms, fare rules, change fees and cancellation policies of the airline, hotel, operator or travel supplier. Apogee Private Office coordinates these bookings on your behalf and is not responsible for schedule changes, cancellations, overbooking, denied boarding, lost baggage, entry requirements or travel disruption. Travel insurance is recommended and is the member’s responsibility to arrange.

Housekeeping, maintenance, repair, moving, chef, catering, organisation and pet care providers are independent contractors responsible for their own licensing, insurance, workmanship and personnel. Warranties, guarantees and remedies for their work run between the member and that provider.

We do not promise that every request can be fulfilled. Availability, lead time, licensing, capacity, weather, venue policies and provider discretion all affect what is possible. Where a request cannot be completed as described, we will say so and propose the closest alternative available. Response times vary by membership level and time of day.

Published membership rates are starting points and are subject to change. Third-party goods, travel, reservations, tickets, services, deposits, gratuities, taxes and vendor costs are billed separately unless explicitly included in writing. Estimates provided before a booking are made in good faith and may change once a provider confirms.

Apogee Private Office and Apogee Circle are separate offerings. Select Apogee Circle members may receive preferred access to Apogee Private Office, but membership in either organization does not automatically guarantee acceptance into the other.
